The frontline care manager role is often complex, with competing demands on your time.

Do you find yourself thinking ‘I want to manage my time better, but I can never seem to find the time to do it?’

The first thing to say is that time management is not about managing time itself. Time management is about managing the way we spend the time available to us.

In a busy workplace it’s easy for day-to-day demands on time to divert or distract you from your main role. To be an effective manager, it is important that you are able to manage these demands on your time and protect your own wellbeing.

Taking control of our time means we make better decisions, feel less pressure and take a more holistic view of our priorities.

΢΢²ÝÊÓƵ has produced a range of resources to help you identify priorities and make the most of the time available to you.
