HC-One team proud of award for positive workplace culture

Care group HC-One tells us how one of their care homes was presented with a ‘Transformational Team Award’ for encouraging a positive workplace culture.
2022 was a year of proud award wins for the HC-One group, including one of their care homes being awarded for their positive workplace culture.
The team at Kings Park Care ΢΢²ÝÊÓƵ were awarded the Transformational Team Award at the Celebrating Remarkable and Inspirational Stars, Teams And Leaders (CRISTAL) Care Awards 2022.
This award recognised their ability to embrace change and develop new ideas.
It praised the organisation for having a shared vision and set goals, and recognised the team for encouraging a positive culture within the care home.
The CRISTAL awards celebrate the personal, innovative and dedicated work of individuals who provide care to others in the Tameside and Glossop area.
HC-One was proud to see other care homes pick up awards too, including Sandon House Care ΢΢²ÝÊÓƵ winning the Remarkable Quality Award.
In addition, Niall Hutton, Nursing Assistant at Capwell Grange Care ΢΢²ÝÊÓƵ was chosen as the winner of the ‘Rising Star Award’ by the judging panel at the prestigious Regional East Midlands - National Apprenticeship Awards 2022.
Other colleagues also have also been awarded for their end of life care.
